Enovation provides a platform that facilitates digital care support, secure messaging (such as Zorgmail) and telemonitoring; through these links, ombrio can integrate data from home measurements into digital care pathways, allowing care providers not only to access measurement data, but also to utilise it in the wider context of digital consultations, patient portals and information exchange across care settings.
The collaboration with Floortje focuses on accessibility and decision support for healthcare providers when deploying (healthcare) technology. Floortje helps organisations select the right healthcare technology and integrate it into their existing workflows, including links to ECDs via single-sign-on. By working with Floortje, ombrio data can become part of the broader overview of available technologies within the healthcare organisation, ensuring faster adoption and more effective use of home measurement data within healthcare practices.
Via the ombrio app, users can securely share their health measurements from Apple Health with their healthcare provider. With the user’s explicit consent, ombrio retrieves selected data, such as blood pressure, weight, heart rate, oxygen saturation, activity and sleep. This means that readings from various devices and apps that work with Apple Health can also be incorporated into the care process via a single standardised connection. Users decide for themselves which data is shared and can change or withdraw this consent at any time.
